Client case study · Women's health collective · Birmingham, UK
From a new website to a #1 ranking in under a year.
This women's health SEO case study shows how we built Healing Noor Collective's website from scratch and started its SEO from the ground up. In a sensitive, crowded space, its pages earned visibility for fertility support, perimenopause, menopause and healing searches, and kept climbing.
The starting point
A new collective needed to be found in the UK's women's health space
Healing Noor Collective came to us at the beginning. Founder Nisha Gull-e-Nishat had built something women in the UK genuinely needed: a single, culturally aware space for fertility, IVF, menopause and recovery support. What the collective did not have was a website that Google could find.
We created the site and launched an SEO campaign to help women discover its services through search. The challenge was to build clear service pages in a space where women search carefully and often privately, then compete for visibility against established clinics, the NHS and national health organisations.
The approach
Build the site. Develop the right pages. Measure the progress.
We worked on the website and its organic visibility together, building pages around the journeys women actually search for and reporting that shows how those pages perform.
Build the website from scratch
We created a website that presents the collective, its founder's story and its values, and shows women how to connect with its support, workshops and community.
Give each life stage its own place
Fertility support, menopause guidance and healing recovery meet different needs at different moments. Dedicated pages give each journey a clearer chance to appear when women search for it.
Build visibility across relevant queries
The campaign grew visibility for fertility and IVF support, perimenopause and menopause support in Birmingham, and culturally responsive women's wellbeing, with the core service pages appearing in the reported rankings.
Look beyond a single ranking
We reviewed Google Search impressions and clicks, organic sessions, conversions and individual query positions to see where the site was gaining traction and where women were moving from search to the site.
The results
Women's health SEO results: service pages appearing for meaningful searches
The September 2026 progress review recorded the following point-in-time rankings.
| Search query | Position | Ranking page |
|---|---|---|
| fertility support birmingham | #1 | Fertility & IVF Support |
| menopause support birmingham | #3 | Perimenopause & Menopause |
| ivf support near me | #4 | Fertility & IVF Support |
Why this project matters
We built both the website and the foundation for organic growth
Healing Noor Collective did not come to us with an established website generating organic traffic. We built the site from scratch and began its SEO campaign in November 2025.
By the September 2026 review, its website held a #1 ranking, top five positions across its core services and measurable organic conversions from women finding support across the UK. That is the kind of progress we want a founder to see: what was built, where the site is appearing and what should improve next.
